Caspar the Label was founded in 2022 after the launch of the Gemini Pants, and has since become a well-known independent London-based brand creating unique but wearable pieces. Operating as handmade to order, we make pieces in limited quantities to mindfully create your Caspar the Label wardrobe essentials, all designed with love, care and attention to detail.
At Caspar The Label, we believe fashion should feel intentional, both in design and execution. Each piece is created with a sense of purpose, designed to be worn, re-worn, and to outlast fleeting moments.
We began as a made-to-order label, with Caspar personally creating the patterns and sewing the very first pieces for the brand in her home town London. This hands-on beginning shaped our commitment to craftsmanship and allowed us to build a deep connection with our community while refining our silhouettes with care. Our made-to-order garments are now produced in a female-owned home atelier in Madagascar (the home country of Caspar’s husband), using dead stock fabrics. The artisans there work in safe, supportive conditions and are paid a fair wage for their skill and time.
As we grow, we’re evolving into a more accessible model, allowing wider reach while maintaining close attention to detail in how every garment is brought to life.
How We Work
All styles are designed and developed in London, where Caspar remains directly involved in every silhouette, fabric selection, and fit. We do not outsource our patterns. Caspar continues to personally cut each one and create all samples in-house, ensuring every piece reflects the original design vision with precision and consistency.
To support the next phase of growth and quality, we are expanding our production with international partners based in Asia and Europe. These partners are ethically accredited and selected for their technical ability, craftsmanship, and shared values.
What Matters to Us
Caspar is not a brand that follows fashion at speed. Our pieces are trend-aware but not trend-dependent, designed to transition effortlessly between seasons and remain relevant over time. Each item carries its own design identity, balanced by timeless wearability.
We continue to refine how we produce and present our garments. from fabric selection to thoughtful packaging. Every detail is considered to support the longevity, functionality, and feeling of the piece.
